Ken Stultz,

Owner of 9 Bears, has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He was born in Iowa and grew up in Phoenix, AZ working for various contracting companies where he gainined valuable knowledge of the construction industry. He has supervised and coordinated many projects both residential and commercial. According to past clients, he has impeccable work ethic with great attention to detail. Ken moved to Emerald Coast in 2021 where he met his fiancé Melissa. He has three sons, Tyler, Kenneth and Andrew, all residing in Arizona.
